Job Requirements: • Strong understanding of power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, and plant support functions • Demonstrated leadership in safety and environmental management • Working knowledge of budgeting, contract administration, human resources, procurement, and plant administration • Familiarity with regulatory agencies governing power plant operations • Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct complex operational and maintenance programs • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound, cost-effective operational decisions • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior leadership • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and computerized maintenance management systems • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
