Industry leading facilities company is seeking an Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing overall Project Management of commercial projects which include, Lighting, Building Envelop, Roofing, Solar, Field Replacements, HVAC/mechanical system installation, equipment repair, retrofits & replacements, commissioning & re-commissioning, control upgrades, energy audits, and chillers & plant equipment.
- Must have HVAC/Energy project experience
- Must have large commercial project experience - HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical
- Must have experience in customer, sub contractor, and vendor invoicing
- Must have experience overseeing projects from $5M-$20M
