Qualifications 3-5+ years of operational experience working in a high-volume environment that specializes in vehicle valuations, auction disposition strategies, transportation & logistics, DMV operations, lienholder communications, and is considered a functional expert in this domain Prior OEM or Dealer Remarketing experience a plus Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments and key stakeholders Ability to maintain a constant feedback loop on developing processes while working creatively to independently problem solve Experience in analyzing reports; creating action plans based on data using tools like Excel, Databricks, Tableau, and internal reporting to identify trends and drive results Prior experience with EV and Automotive Ecommerce Expert Proficiency with Microsoft suite, Google Suite, Smartsheet, Salesforce to create spreadsheets, documents, and presentations Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% based on business demands Ability and willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed to support retail sales operations Readiness to climb (literal & figurative) mountains to deliver the best trade-in experience on the planet Physical Requirements Weekend availability required as this role supports the field operations Willingness to work in various working conditions including being in a full service retail center or unpredictable weather conditions Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks (sitting up to 2 or more hours at a time, standing for up to 8 or more hours a day, walking, bending, kneeling, laying, twisting, carrying, reaching, stretching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs).
