What you'll do on a typical day:Ā· Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materialsĀ· Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracyĀ· Load and unload trailers as neededĀ· Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all timesĀ· Display a commitment to process excellenceĀ· Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policyĀ· Perform inbound receiving processesWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, youll need:Ā· To be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucksĀ· Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when neededItd be great if you also have:Ā· High school diploma or equivalentĀ· 1 year of warehouse experienceĀ· A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environmentĀ· Excellent communication skillsThis job requires the ability to:Ā· Lift 50 lbs. occasionallyĀ· Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weightsĀ· Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pullĀ· Stand, sit or walk for long periods of timeĀ· Handle or manage tools or equipmentĀ· Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environmentsWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
