p>• Provide direct patient care, both inpatient and outpatient • Split time between locations, spending approximately 50% of work hours in Elk Grove and 50% in Sacramento • Manage pre-operative and post-operative visits • See new patients and consultations • Evaluate and manage common, chronic, and acute ENT conditions • Improve patient flow and reduce delays for subspecialized ENT services • Work collaboratively with ENT physicians, nurses, and care teams No call responsibilities are required for this role. • Graduate from an accredited NP or PA program with appropriate national certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA) • California licensure eligibility and clearances (NP/PA licensure required) • 1+ year of prior experience in ENT, Allergy, or Audiology is preferred • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment including patient/family interactions.
