    About this position: Mid Administrative Specialist                Location – Quantico, VA

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Plan and monitor the execution of all program tasks
    • Maintain regular communication to keep the Government apprised of all program issues and status
    • Accountable for ensuring all sub-contractors are compliant with the terms and conditions of the contract.
    • Ensure all Contact Data Requirements List (CDRL) items are high quality and delivered on time
    • Review expense reports to meet the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) Guidelines
    • Review invoices for accuracy and to meet Contract requirements
    • Assist with developing Monthly Status Reports

     

    Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

    • Education Requirements: High School diploma
    • Level of Experience Requirements: At least five years’ experience in the specific field
    • Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project
    • Must have previous direct experience testing, evaluating, and operating and/or maintaining aviation or ground command and control (C2), weapons, or information exchange systems

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

    • Active SECRET security clearance preferred but not required

    Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. There is no travel anticipated for this position.

    Schedule and Flexibility: Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM (ET)

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    • This position not have supervisory responsibilities.

    DOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role Requirements

    • This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation “safety-sensitive” functions.

    Additional Qualifying Factors

    As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
