Anovia Health, a physician-led, independent, Wisconsin-based direct primary care provider, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Associate (PA) to be an integral part of our Appleton Care Team. Here, you will collaborate with physicians and fellow healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care for patients from birth to age 64.
As a member of Bellin Health Partners, a clinically integrated network system, GEMS works in partnership with Bellin Health and other independent practices to create value through improved patient experience, and quality and affordable care that has a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the community. While traumatically injured patients are routinely seen at the site, Bellin hospital does not currently participate in the state trauma program.

Assists physician with treatment of patients such as: handling of instruments, tube changes, dilations, catheterizations and Foley insertions, dressing changes, clip removal, removing sutures, discontinuing IV’s, etc. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base.
May perform basic and advanced clinical support tasks or skills based on the specialty and appropriate competencies such as but not limited to removal of sutures and staples, laboratory procedures (throat/nose culture, drug screen), phlebotomy - butterfly, venous heel stick, EKG, spirometry, Holter monitor application, prescription refills using approved protocols, etc., under clinical supervision.
