Lead Global Process Improvement Initiatives: • Drive and execute LEAN Kaizen events and other process improvement methodologies across the global supply chain, focusing on inbound, fulfillment, and final mile delivery • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, data analytics teams, and external third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities • Leverage Technology & AI: Identify and deploy new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational performance • Data-Driven Decision Making: Using insight & analytics along with physical process reviews within distribution centers to uncover root causes of inefficiency and develop actionable solutions • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and align partner teams and 3P service providers to drive results and ensure successful implementation of process improvements • Global Scope & Travel: Manage projects and initiatives with a global footprint, with domestic and international travel expected at approximately 25%. 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations Demonstrated expertise in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies Proven track record leading Kaizen events and delivering measurable supply chain improvements Proven ability to transform complex data into clear, high-level strategies that drive business results Experience with supply chain systems, data analytics tools, and emerging technologies (AI, automation, etc.) Demonstrated executive-level experience in engaging, influencing, and aligning priorities with cross-functional teams and external partners Experience managing relationships and driving results with 3PLs and other service providers Hands-on experience reviewing and optimizing physical processes in distribution centers and logistics operations Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
