Job Summary
The Engineering Change & New Drawing Project Manager is responsible for leading the coordination and tracking of Engineering Changes (ECs) and new drawing releases to ensure timely, accurate implementation in support of program and production needs. This Principal/Senior Principal role serves as a central point of contact between design engineering, manufacturing, quality, configuration/data management, Programs, and Engineering Project Managers, driving clear communication, workflow discipline, and continuous improvement across the EC process.

What We're Looking For
A proactive, detail-oriented Principal/Senior Principal leader who enjoys keeping complex workflows organized, engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring engineering changes move efficiently from concept to released documentation. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both technical content and people interaction, and takes ownership of EC performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing process improvement.
Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate''s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
