This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including: Assisting the Office Manager with essential tasks, including processing personnel clearance requests for classified information access, developing and administering security procedures, and reporting critical information to clients, such as adverse information, personnel status changes, foreign contacts, and foreign travel. Help gather updates, draft simple revisions, and coordinate changes to facility or location specific SOPs that address basic security processes such as reporting requirements, clearance procedures, training, visitor handling, destruction and reproduction practices, and day-to-day operational logistics.
