div>The Impact:
The Investment Allocation Analyst will contribute to the trade processing and investment tracking by:
Ā· Allocate newly purchased securities to subsidiaries and product lines
Ā· Coordinate allocations for upcoming purchases with asset managers and investment onboarding team
Ā· Automate and continuously improve existing processes
Ā· Share investment details with portfolio managers and solicit allocation preferences
Ā· Partner with IT to validate new system functionality as well as regression test the allocation process
The Minimum Qualifications
Ā· Bachelor's degree or higher.
Ā· Familiarity with fixed income securities.
Ā· Able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Ā· Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Ā· Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
The Ideal Qualifications
Ā· Working knowledge of public and private fixed income securities including but not limited to corporate bonds, mortgages, asset back securities, bank loans, and collateralized loan obligations.
Ā· Experience using and creating Excel workbooks and VBA Macros.
Ā· Ownership and accountability of work product.
Ā· Curiosity to understand processes and apply judgement in ambiguous situations.
Ā· 2+ years relevant work experience.
