Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Service Team, the Systems Technician is responsible for the reception, verification, and investigation of Service ERP/CRM/Ticketing system issues from relevant parties in order to facilitate the efficient resolution of System issues. In addition, the Systems Technician role may facilitate the initiation and fulfillment of System improvements and upgrades.
About the Role:
- Manage Systems break/fix requests, record dates and statuses in relevant applications.
