Offers alternative menu choices to ensure optimal food preferences are met within the guidelines of the diet prescription 4. Works collaboratively and conveys relevant information to the Clinical Dietitian and Dietetic Technician regarding nutrition issues or concerns with patients; ensures confidentiality in matters relating to patient/family.

li>*Rescreens patients at minimal nutritional risk within required timeline; gathers data established by Clinical Dietitians and completes the re-screen form; refers patients identified with any nutritional risk criteria to the Clinical Dietitian for a comprehensive nutrition assessment. Primary responsibilities include rescreening patients at minimal nutritional risk, reporting findings and documenting the results of the rescreen in the patient care record and providing individualized or group nutrition education to patients on uncomplicated diets.
Work with cross functional teams (Tech Support, Engineering and Service Contract Management), to escalate issues appropriately and utilizes advanced technology platforms to complete compliance regulatory requirements, and resolve and document troubleshooting issues. Manage time effectively by prioritizing Customer and business needs and schedules autonomously to complete PM performance, service calls, warranty calls, equipment installations, field upgrade programs and other duties.
