    Job Title

    Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

    Location

    Omaha, NE | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services within a large, high-acuity acute care environment serving complex patient populations
    • Deliver care across respiratory and neuro diagnostics service lines, including NICU and adult patient populations
    • Utilize Epic electronic health record system for all clinical documentation and charting
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and specialists across major clinical service lines
    • Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including a 100% nicotine-free facility policy
    Required Qualifications
    • Nebraska State Respiratory Therapy License required (license in hand preferred; licensing may take up to 6–8 weeks and start date will be adjusted accordingly)
    • CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) certification required
    • ACLS and BLS certifications required
    • Level I Trauma experience required
    • Minimum of one year of experience at a large (500+ bed) Level I Trauma or Academic Medical Center
    • Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred
    • Epic charting experience preferred
