li>Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises support staff within clinical unit in the provision of patient services, i.e., Staff Nurse, Lead Nurse, LPN, Ambulatory Nursing Assistants, Ambulatory Care Assistants, Insurance Specialists, Coordinator, Patient Registration, and technical staff.
Develops, implements and supports strategies for the delivery of quality patient care based on the requirements of the medical service while achieving positive patient relations in a teaching environment.
