Possession of a baccalaureate degree in counseling, education, humanities, social sciences, sociology, psychology, business, marketing, STEM, or related field and minimum 3 year(s) of progressively responsible supervisory experience with responsibilities for educational enrollment, counseling, admissions & records, financial aid, community engagement, or other related student services field; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated. *Represent Honolulu Community College, its academic programs, admissions criteria, registration steps, and campus resources to external and internal constituencies via written correspondence, email, telephone, text message requests/inquiries, and face-to-face visits and fairs during the day, evening, or weekend hours.
