Education and Experience: 1+ year customer service experience Experience in a medical setting preferred HS diploma or GED Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Strong multitasking skills between task lists and inbound calls Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly High level of organization and accuracy Exceptional telephone communication skills and manner, reflecting enthusiasm and professionalism.
