To be successful in this role, you must possess exceptional ability to comprehend and communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing) with staff, patients, and customers, exceptional patient/customer service skills including effective and efficient problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to perform essential job functions with a high degree of independence, flexibility, and creative problem-solving, and the ability to provide ongoing support for other team members in utilizing communication tools and documenting interactions. Furthermore, you will provide laboratory and radiology results when within policy guidelines, resolve patient issues with a primary focus on first-call resolution, de-escalate concerns, articulate clear responses, facilitate issue resolution by referring matters to appropriate staff, escalate complex issues to supervisors, and support team members with their escalation concerns.
