What You'll Do• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic channel partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US market• Develop relationships with fintech platforms, accounting firms, startup ecosystems, VC networks, and business service providers• Identify and execute partnership opportunities that create scalable distribution channels for Aspire• Educate, enable, and support partners on Aspire's products and value proposition• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to optimize partner performance and customer experience• Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics and growth opportunities• Help shape Aspire's long-term partnerships strategy as we scale in the USWhat We're Looking For• 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth within fintech, banking, SaaS, or B2B technology• Proven track record of building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships• Experience operating in high-growth startup or scale-up environments preferred• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making• Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay AreaWhy Join Aspire• Opportunity to help build Aspire's US growth story from an early stage• High visibility and direct collaboration with leadership• Fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture with global scale ambitions• Competitive compensation including bonus, equity, and benefits• Work alongside a global team serving 50,000+ businesses worldwideFor candidates based in the US, the base salary range for this role is $88,000-$140,000, plus bonus, and benefits.
