Required: + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field + Minimum 5 years of experience supporting CRM implementations, business systems projects, project management, or commercial operations initiatives + Experience participating in CRM implementations or enterprise technology deployments + Strong project coordination and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders + Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, requirements gathering, and implementation tracking activities + Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems + Understanding of business process mapping, operational workflows, and change management principles + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills + Experience supporting user training, onboarding, and adoption initiatives + Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through capabilities Preferred: + Experience in manufacturing, B2B, distribution, or commercial operations environments + Experience working with CRM implementation partners or system integrators + Familiarity with ERP, marketing automation, ecommerce, or customer data platforms + Experience with project management tools and methodologies + Exposure to data migration, CRM integrations, or enterprise data initiatives + PMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferred . The CRM Implementation Manager will work closely with Commercial Technology leadership, IT, implementation partners, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other business stakeholders to help ensure successful CRM rollout and adoption.
