The Service Representative provides direct customer service satisfying customer banking needs to include accurately handing service transactions (deposits, withdrawals, etc.) in accordance with bank policies and procedures while seeking sales/referral opportunities. Performs essential duties by accurately processing transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals transfers and negotiable items such as Bank Checks and Money Orders.
