You will: ⢠Own the full lifecycle of lead data, from intake and scrubbing to distribution and recycling, ensuring no backlog and balanced allocation across sales reps ⢠Distribute inbound leads across sales teams within defined SLAs, ensuring leads are always moving and fairly assigned ⢠Monitor lead flow, contact rates, and performance trends, proactively alerting leadership to volume or quality issues ⢠Execute regular lead recycling ("Second Pass") initiatives to maximize lead value and fully utilize lead inventory ⢠Track and report lead performance by rep, partner, and lead type ⢠Co-manage the Client Support Team by overseeing productivity, schedules, SOP adherence, and weekly alignment meetings. You also possess: ⢠Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of leads accurately ⢠Analytical and reporting skills to identify trends, gaps, and solve problems proactively ⢠Experience working closely with sales teams and collaborating across functions ⢠Clear communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
