You will: • Own the full lifecycle of lead data, from intake and scrubbing to distribution and recycling, ensuring no backlog and balanced allocation across sales reps • Distribute inbound leads across sales teams within defined SLAs, ensuring leads are always moving and fairly assigned • Monitor lead flow, contact rates, and performance trends, proactively alerting leadership to volume or quality issues • Execute regular lead recycling ("Second Pass") initiatives to maximize lead value and fully utilize lead inventory • Track and report lead performance by rep, partner, and lead type • Co-manage the Client Support Team by overseeing productivity, schedules, SOP adherence, and weekly alignment meetings. You also possess: • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of leads accurately • Analytical and reporting skills to identify trends, gaps, and solve problems proactively • Experience working closely with sales teams and collaborating across functions • Clear communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
