Responsibilities may include processing and oversight of an assigned set of daily accounting tasks related to cash disbursements, asset movement and control, income posting, fees processing, cash and custody balancing, records retention and common fund trading as well as review and approvals on other team members' work product. You’ll inherit a small, live operating base — an operational facility in Los Angeles and another opening in Escondido — and a facility manager and field team already in place, then build the leadership layer and infrastructure that turns a fast-growing startup into a best-in-class national operation. The base salary range for this role is $195,000 – $240,000 for candidates based in Southern California and $170,000 – $210,000 for candidates based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations (RDOO), and in accordance with corporate policy, the Operations Manager oversees daily work schedules, ground personnel deployment, material logistics, facility management, and fleet disposition/maintenance toward successful project completion. - Minimum of 5 years of proven operation management experience, preferably in the home improvement industry or similar environment (2 yrs+), including inventory management and project management.
p>Key Responsibilities: • Assist in report analysis for Contract and Perm Operations across multiple Districts • Process accounts payable, expense reports and supply orders • Audit operational expenses and research issues • Compile and distribute reports on headcount, productivity, and financials • Process HR transactions including promotions, base increases, new hires, and terminations • Manage internal job postings, generate offer letters, and HR documents • Audit timesheets and other HR/payroll transactions for compliance with corporate guidelines • Maintain headcount reporting, employee rosters, and organizational charts • Partner with district and corporate teams on bonus changes, advances, write-offs, and classifications • Support employee recognition programs.
