What Youll Do: 1) Bridge Construction Operations & Technology Partner with teams across construction, field operations, finance, and IT Translate business needs into functional requirements, system workflows, and technical specifications Act as the primary liaison between field stakeholders and technical teams 2) Analyze & Improve Operational Workflows Evaluate processes related to job costing, estimating, scheduling, dispatch, and project tracking Identify inefficiencies and recommend ERP-driven or system-based solutions Drive process improvement, automation, and scalability 3) Lead Requirements & Documentation Gather requirements via stakeholder interviews, workshops, and field engagement Develop process maps, user stories, use cases, and system documentation Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery 4) Support Systems (ERP / CRM / Field Service Platforms) Support implementation and optimization of ERP, CRM, HRIS, or field service management systems Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system configuration, and deployment Partner with vendors and internal teams on integrations and enhancements 5) Drive Adoption & Training Lead change management and user adoption efforts Develop training materials and support end users in operational environments Continuously improve usability and system effectiveness 6) Leverage Data & Reporting Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics Support reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Translate data into actionable insights for leadership Why This Role is Different: This isnt a sit-back-and-gather-requirements kind of role.
