p>Manages the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems, equipment for Facilities Management which includes, but is not limited to, all water, sanitary, stea, gas, electric, air handling systems, related fixed equipment, rolling and moveable mechanical equipment, operations of the boiler plant, generator plant, chiller plant, medical waste, disposal system, and the hospital recycling program.
