Your Focus Full leadership of HVAC service and installation operations across Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas Performance, productivity, and development of technicians, installers, and service coordinators The customer experience end-to-end, from scheduling to installation to billing Service department P&L, budgeting, and operational performance Continuous improvement of processes, systems, and field execution What You'll Do Drive Growth & Performance Expand and strengthen the HVAC service business across the region Partner with sales and leadership to increase revenue and customer retention Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability Lead a High-Performing Team Build, coach, and develop a multi-location team of technicians and support staff Set clear expectations and create accountability around performance and service quality Foster a culture of safety, ownership, and continuous improvement Own Operations End-to-End Oversee scheduling, dispatch, workflow, and billing to ensure accuracy and responsiveness Monitor service performance and proactively solve issues before they impact customers Step in when needed. You'll work across multiple locations, partnering with local teams and leadership to ensure our HVAC service business operates efficiently, safely, and consistently, while continuing to grow.
