p>Primary Job Functions: ā¢ Be responsible for achievement of sales, controllable profit, EBITDA, payroll management, P&L performance ā¢ Manage the planning, timelines, budget and communication of all required operational processes ā¢ Organization of the stock room including merchandise set up, equipment, supplies and technology ā¢ Execution of all inbound and outbound freight flow including dock to floor processes and exception report maintenance to maintain inventory integrity ā¢ Resolution of maintenance and repair of all facilities related issues ā¢ Develop and retain direct reports, ensure their readiness for increased responsibilities and provide a bench of internal talent who are upwardly mobile to fill critical positions ā¢ Participate and support in training for new company programs, procedures, and technologies ā¢ Consistently model and coach to behaviors that exceed key performance indicators.
