The Graduate Student assists the Efaw Center Director with managing daily operations, supervising undergraduate staff, mentoring teacher education students, communicating with campus and community partners, and assisting with leading and designing services and existing programming including but not limited to ILTS content test preparation, Educator Alumni Peer Mentoring Program, and Peer Mentoring. The Graduate Student worker in this position understands and supports the Efaw Center mission, so they must exhibit qualities of a person who works well as a member of a team, values transparency, open communication, pro-active problem solving, humility, punctuality, respect for self and others as demonstrated through how they present themselves and address their supervisors, co-workers, and students they serve.
