Under the general direction of the Senior OneAdmin Planning & Operations Manager, this position is responsible for performing statistical work, including: developing in depth analysis on Workforce Capacity studies and creating Workforce Capacity models; researching, collecting, completing and analyzing surveys that include compensation for classifications at various levels; conducting literature searches using industry best practices, assisting in identification of metrics, organizing, merging, and analyzing data using appropriate statistical techniques; building and enhancing data visualizations such as dashboards with the use of Business Intelligence tools; Cost Benefit Analysis for major projects; Benefit Assessments; writing project summaries, executive summaries, research reports, and fact sheets in support of leadership initiatives.
