li>Overseas and directs the implementation of new hire onboarding activities including, completion of new hire paperwork and employer required I-9 forms, as well as ensuring all new hire job tools (computer, phone, vehicle, credit card, safety gear, etc.), as required, are available and ready for use.
In this role you will provide leadership to the Operations team which includes overseeing the fulfillment process for work sold by Service Sales Representatives to ensure that customers' requirements are met, revenue and profit objectives are achieved, and operational efficiencies are delivered.
