· Corresponding with medical personnel, hospitals, health insurance companies, etc.
· Medical insurance authorizations and verification
· Prioritizing tasks and workload, being flexible in assuming various assignments
· Being a team player, having a positive attitude, presenting professional attire, appearance, and demeanor
· Filling in when needed with other front-office positions. Other requirements include but are not limited to:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
