Job Description: Essential Functions: In partnership with the HRBP, provide leadership and direction to site's HR team in the areas of recruiting, new hire orientation, training, employee engagement, employee relations, pay and benefits administration, and HRIS database management. In partnership with Operational Management and the HR team, the Associate HRBP will manage the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs and provide expert subject-matter coaching and advisement to employees and managers.
