Essential Functions: Financial Oversight & Spend Management ā¢ Manage and track monthly food, supply, and operating spend-downs in alignment with NEXDINE budgets and financial targets ā¢ Monitor purchasing activity, invoices, and vendor statements to ensure accuracy, appropriate coding, and timely processing ā¢ Identify cost variances, trends, and opportunities for improved financial performance ā¢ Support forecasting, budget planning, and month-end close activities. Inventory, Floor Stock & Nourishments ā¢ Track and reconcile floor stock and nourishment inventories, ensuring appropriate par levels across care levels (IL, AL, MC) ā¢ Partner with nursing and community teams to monitor nourishment usage and cost allocation ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation to support survey readiness, audits, and regulatory compliance ā¢ Assist with inventory counts and variance analysis.
