ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative & Operational Support Support the Apprenticeship Manager and Senior Coordinator with scheduling, meeting logistics, travel coordination, invoices, and expense reports Organize and execute logistics for internal meetings, trainings, and events (scheduling, materials preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups) Act as liaison between the Apprenticeship Team and internal departments (Field Leadership, HR, Payroll, IT) to streamline operations and resolve administrative needs Apprentice & Journeyworker Intake, Onboarding, and File Management Receive, organize, and prepare apprentice & journeyworkers applications for review by the Apprenticeship Team Assist with onboarding for new team members in collaboration with HR and internal departments, ensuring proper documentation and system access Maintain and upload apprentice files in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and internal requirements Tracking, Monitoring, and Reporting (explicitly added) Track and submit Related Technical Instruction (RTI) hours on TCP (or designated platform).
