Acting under the direction of the Associate General Counsel (“AGC”) of Nihon Kohden North America, Inc. (“NKNA”), the Corporate Counsel / Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice and services to NKNA and its Subsidiaries (collectively, “the Company”) in several areas of law applicable to a “generalist in-house counsel” role, including Antitrust; Contracts; Corporate Law; Intellectual Property; Labor and Employment, and Litigation and Investigations. Physical: May require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 25 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, and color vision.
