Nutrition in Medicine Research (30%) - Select a medical or allied health specialty area of interest (e.g., endocrinology, pediatrics, oncology, gastroenterology, family medicine, sports medicine, dentistry, women's health, immunology, or related fields); conduct a guided literature review examining nutrition-related considerations within the selected specialty; identify evidence-based dietary strategies relevant to chronic disease prevention and patient care; meet regularly with supervisor and mentor to discuss research findings and project progress.
