Performs the following assessments and health care services; Neurology, Cardiovascular, Pulmonary, Endocrine and Metabolic, Gastrointestinal, Renal and Genitourinary, Psychiatric Disorders, blood draws and IV therapy, care routines, infection control, and wound management. Measures and documents the patient's primary problems, including vital signs, basic labs, psycho-social history, and medications to prepare the patient for examination by the provider, anticipating the need for required supplies and equipment.
