Consults with Board Treasurer on behalf of Genacross Napoleon Board when developing budget prior to seeking Board approval; including, but not limited to operations costing and revenues, changes in staffing, raises, promotions, incentives, merit considerations, severance packages, and/or any changes in benefits, whether compensated or uncompensated. Cooperates with Genacross, as determined by Director of Operations, in implementing Ministry Support functions and policies including but not limited to development, fund raising, church and public relations, financial services, human resources, marketing, public and church relations, etc.
