Bachelor's Degree (Required) Experience: 5-7 Years Combined Experience in OR, RNFA, and Robotics Substitution: Associates Degree may substitute for Bachelor's Degree as long as they are in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree Comments: Effective performance of this role at CAMC requires the coordinator demonstrate core competencies in the area of customer focus, teamwork, job knowledge, and resource management. The coordinator is responsible for facilitating the schedule of robotic surgery patients and surgeons in the OR, provides education for staff working in the Robotic Surgery services, develops competencies for staff in this highly specialized area, and works with surgeons and surgeon's office staff to fill dedicated Robotic Surgery Block Time.
