Education and Experience: Equivalent to completion of two (2) years of college level course work in construction technology, pre-engineering, business or a field related to the work, AND two (2) years of experience in work which has EITHER required the interpretation, explanation and enforcement of varied codes and regulations, OR required the inspection of properties for housing, zoning, building or related code enforcement. Review conditions of approval on decisions of the staff, Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors, including but not limited to parcel maps, subdivisions, special use permits, variances and others as determined by the City and investigate the properties for compliance with those conditions and notify noncompliant property owners of violations and to follow-up with appropriate actions as determined by the Director and/or Carson City Municipal Code.
