p>In order to qualify for the GS-13, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1) Experience leading the end-to-end data life-cycle, including data acquisition, integration, governance, analysis, and dissemination, to transform diverse data sources into actionable insights; 2) Experience leveraging advanced analytics and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., multivariate regression, predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, or similar methods) to inform organizational strategy and guide data-driven decision-making; AND 3) Experience communicating complex analytical findings through clear, concise, and compelling narratives supported by data visualizations (e.g., dashboards, charts, and executive briefings) tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.
