Qualifications 3 years in a Field Operations or Franchise Business Coach role, directly coaching and supporting Franchise Owners 7 years of progressive experience in multi-unit business operations or franchise operations Must be physically located within commutable distance to San Diego or willing to relocate within 30 days of starting Willingness and ability to travel up to 75 locally and nationwide to support franchisees, attend regional and national meetings, and represent the brand at industry events Bachelors degree in Business Management preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
