Key Responsibilities include: Support CEO''s in recruitment, hiring, training, development, and oversight of Intake Directors On site observation and monitoring of Intake department productivity and performance to ensure effective and efficient systems for patient access to care Monitoring of Intake key indicators and trends related to calls, assessments, admissions, triage, deflections, and productivity.
