Responsibilities:/pulliUtilize basic computer skills to monitor HVAC controls, analyze data, and generate reports/liliWork with multiple BMS/BAS platforms (Niagara, Honeywell, Trane, Siemens, JCI, etc.)/liliSecurely connect to and navigate remote customer sites/liliAssist field technicians with remote troubleshooting of HVAC and controls components/liliAssist customers with BMS adjustments remotely (setpoints, schedules, overrides)/liliMonitor alarms and trends for HVAC equipment: AHUs, RTUs, Boilers, chillers, VAVs, pumps, and associated systems/liliAcknowledge, prioritize, and triage alarms/liliDistinguish nuisance alarms from true faults/liliIdentify cause vs symptom/liliIdentify faulty components or faulty equipment/liliEscalate issues with clear, actionable documentation/liliParticipate in a scheduled on-call rotation/liliPerform approved BAS maintenance tasks remotely (point checks, schedule reviews, alarm maintenance, backups where applicable)/liliCollaborate with team members to implement system upgrades and improvements/liliCollaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively/liliMaintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and system maintenance activities/li/ulpDisclaimer: This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the position, and it may be amended at anytime at the sole discretion of the Company./ppFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, IES is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
