Reporting to the Program Lead and Lead Architect while directly supporting the Architecture & Data Management Branch (ADMB), this role focuses on building and customizing metamodels compatible with ServiceNow and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), developing templates for architectural artifacts, and creating accurate as-is and to-be models across all EA domains. The specialist supports the migration from legacy tools to the new EA Repository and Modeling Tool (Ins-Pi/YouDesign), ensuring data integrity, visualization, and alignment with TSA’s mission to protect the nation’s transportation systems through efficient, data-driven architecture capabilities.
