Aftermarket Optimization Specialist

Summary/Objectives

The Aftermarket Optimization Specialist processes, manages, and optimizes customer supply orders, balancing customer needs with company costs.

Essential Functions

• Utilizes Freshdesk, RJ Young’s ticketing system, to manage and resolve customer requests.
• Submit orders through E-Automate, RJ Young’s inventory control system.
• Analyzes Contract & Service Profitability information from E-Automate to be able to make data driven decisions.
• Assists with other aftermarket duties as assigned by their supervisor

• Effectively communicate with Customers.
• Effectively communicate with Co-Workers.

Work Environment

This job typically operates in a warehouse environment or general office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

Must be able to spend several hours a day sitting at desk working from PC.

Must be able to lift packages, up to 25 lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full Time, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, or 7am to 4pm, or 9am to 6pm.

Special circumstances may require the need to work late or on a weekend.

Travel

Occasional travel within the RJY footprint.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education and Experience

Prior copier industry experience.

Prior experience with E-Automate.

Prior experience with Freshdesk.
