Reporting to the Senior Manager - Platform Characterisation and part of a dynamic and supportive Characterisation team, this is a key role with responsibility for developing and maintaining compact models for both transistors and passive components (models which form an important part of our PDK releases). Working within the "New Technology Introduction" process to define and execute platform characterisation programs to validate the device level electrical performance of individual thin film transistors and similar components of a new technology platform.
