The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. - $29.44 an hour

- Four years of experience in creating and/or managing projects and/or processes, supervising and developing trainings for professionals, engaging in customer/public service OR.
- An associate degree, plus two years of experience in creating and/or managing projects and/or processes, supervising and developing trainings for professionals, engaging in customer/public service.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Compensation: $85,000 - $109,000 - Full time, based upon experience.

Job Duties:
· Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
· Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
