Our Patient Access & Support Services (PASS) team partners with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology organizations to design innovative access strategies and patient support programs that help patients start and stay on therapy.

We are seeking a Manager, Patient Services to lead high-impact client engagements focused on patient access, reimbursement, hub services, affordability programs, and patient support operations. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping clients build solutions that remove barriers to treatment and improve patient outcomes.

As a Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, lead cross-functional consulting teams, shape patient services strategies, and contribute to the continued growth of one of the industry's most dynamic consulting organizations.

What You'll Do

Develop Talent and Build Teams

• Manage, coach, and mentor consultants and analysts.

• Provide ongoing performance feedback and support career development.

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture aligned with Acumetis values.

Lead Strategic Client Engagements

• Drive patient services and hub strategy engagements from project scoping through recommendations and implementation planning.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to market access, patient services, operations, and commercial leaders.

• Facilitate executive discussions and decision-making around program design, hub strategy, vendor selection, governance, and investment priorities.

• Ensure delivery excellence across project scope, timelines, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.

Design Innovative Patient Access Solutions

• Develop strategies that improve patient access, reduce time to therapy, and enhance the patient experience.

• Design and optimize patient support programs, including reimbursement support, affordability programs, onboarding, adherence, and persistence initiatives.

• Advise clients on hub operating models, specialty pharmacy strategies, field reimbursement support, and patient engagement services.

• Evaluate and optimize hub vendor partnerships, service models, performance metrics, and operational effectiveness.

Grow Client Relationships and Business

• Support proposal development, project scoping, pricing, and client presentations.

• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and deliver additional value.

• Contribute thought leadership and market insights that strengthen Acumetis' presence in patient services and access strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Policy, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 6-9 years of experience in life sciences consulting, patient services, market access, hub operations, reimbursement strategy, or a related healthcare field.

• Deep expertise in patient access strategy, payer and provider coverage, reimbursement pathways, affordability programs, hub services, and patient support program design.

• Experience designing or optimizing hub programs, vendor partnerships, specialty pharmacy strategies, and patient access solutions.

• Proven success leading client engagements, managing teams, and delivering measurable results.

• Strong communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Commercial acumen and experience supporting proposals, business development, and account growth.
